Caelor begins a new chapter: one team, one mission to make Atlassian work like people do

Atlassian is powerful. But for most people using it, that power comes wrapped in the system's own logic: page trees, request types, permission schemes, configuration options. The problem is people don't think that way. They think: I need a laptop. I don't understand this term. Where do I find this? Who owns this?
That gap between Atlassian's capability and how people actually work is what we're here to close.
Earlier this year, Vectors and Caelor came together because our teams and products complement each other perfectly. But this isn't just a merger. It's a deeper alignment: two teams with the same conviction that the best tools understand people rather than forcing people to understand tools. Today, we're bringing our apps together under the Caelor brand to amplify that conviction.
What we stand for: making Atlassian feel familiar
Atlassian holds your company's knowledge and runs its work. But the experience of using it shouldn't feel like decoding a system. It should feel like work itself: familiar, intuitive, natural.
Our mission is to bring the patterns of real work into Atlassian, so people don't have to think like the system to use it. This is how our four core apps solve that:
Intuitive service requests — Shoppie
Shoppie turns asset requests into familiar shopping journeys — so requesting from IT or HR feels as natural as adding to a cart.
Accessible Terminology — Glossary
Glossary gives teams a shared language, so documentation makes sense without asking around — across teams and languages.
On brand page design — Optics
Optics makes Confluence pages legible, recognisable, and on-brand — without needing a designer.
Connected employee experience — Cosmos
Cosmos helps employees find the right information and stay connected across teams — without a separate intranet platform.
None of these should require a specialist, a new platform, or extra configuration. Self-sufficiency and consistency at scale. That's the thread running through everything we build.
This is the beginning of the journey
Bringing our apps together under Caelor is an important step, but it's not the finish line. Our teams are aligning our roadmaps around one mission, and the portfolio will continue to evolve as we move forward. We're still refining how we describe the broader solution, what you'll see over time is a connected set of tools that work together, not just separately.
For now, you can continue using your apps exactly as you have been. Your subscriptions, support, and product quality remain unchanged. What changes is that behind the scenes, our combined team is working to bring these tools closer together and create solutions that feel genuinely connected.
We're still early in this journey. There's a lot ahead, and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Frequently asked questions
What does this mean for me as a customer?
For now, you can continue using your apps as usual. Your existing products and support continue, while the combined team works behind the scenes to bring our apps, teams, and roadmaps closer together. As the portfolio evolves, we’ll communicate relevant changes clearly and in advance.
What happens to my subscription and pricing?
Your current subscription remains active. There are no immediate pricing changes as a direct result of the merger. If pricing, packaging, or subscription-related changes become relevant in the future, we’ll communicate them clearly and in advance through the appropriate customer channels.
Are the app names changing?
We’re gradually bringing the portfolio under the Caelor brand, so some app names and Marketplace listings may evolve as part of this process. Our goal is to make the portfolio easier to understand while maintaining continuity for existing customers. If an app you use is affected by a name or listing change, we’ll communicate it clearly.
Are you planning to merge some of your apps?
The portfolio will continue to evolve as we bring the two companies’ products and roadmaps closer together. We’re currently building around four key apps — Shoppie, Cosmos, Glossary, and Optics — each serving a distinct purpose while contributing to the same broader mission: making Atlassian feel more familiar, clear, and connected. If there are changes that directly affect an app you use, we’ll share more details when the plans are ready.
Where do I go for support?
You can continue using the existing support channels for the apps you use. For further inquiries, contact Caelor apps at contact@caelor.com and Vectors apps at marketing@covectors.io. If support channels change as part of the transition, we’ll communicate the updated information clearly.
