After an inspiring week at Team ’25 in Barcelona, our team returned full of ideas, energy, and excitement. Among the many keynotes, partner sessions, and conversations, one announcement stood out as a true milestone: the launch of Atlassian’s new Service Collection.
The heart of the announcement: Service Collection
Unveiled on October 7, 2025, at Team ’25 Europe, the Service Collection brings together Jira Service Management (JSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Assets, and Rovo on a single platform. It is Atlassian’s way of streamlining how teams deliver and manage services, from internal requests to external customer support, while weaving AI deeply into daily workflows.

Why it matters for Shoppie
For us at Caelor, this is more than a product update; it is a huge opportunity. Shoppie was previously available only to JSM Premium customers, as it relied on Assets, which was exclusive to the Premium plan. With the launch of the Service Collection, Assets is now available to all Atlassian customers — Standard, Premium, and Enterprise — expanding Shoppie’s reach and unlocking new opportunities for teams everywhere.

Here is what that means in practice:
Wider reach: Every customer tier now has the baseline to use Shoppie, opening doors to thousands of new teams that previously could not access its capabilities and potential.
New use cases: With CSM built in, Shoppie can go beyond internal service requests and support external customer interactions, expanding from IT and HR support into customer-facing use cases.
AI readiness: As Atlassian deepens its Rovo integration across products, Shoppie is well-positioned to take advantage of these capabilities, helping teams deliver faster, smarter service experiences without added complexity.
Seamless integration with Assets: Shoppie has long been connected with Assets, allowing teams to browse, request and manage items directly through the customer portal. With Assets now part of the Service Collection, this integration becomes even more central, making Shoppie a natural fit within Atlassian’s service ecosystem.
Together, these updates strengthen Shoppie’s role as a core component of Atlassian’s ecosystem, helping teams connect assets, services, and requests in a more streamlined and user-friendly way.
Building for the future
This move also reinforces Atlassian’s broader vision shared at Team ’25: “Build solutions, not apps.” The focus is on integrated solutions that solve complete business problems. Shoppie already embodies that approach, connecting people, processes, and data across multiple products. With Service Collection, it is now perfectly aligned with Atlassian’s next phase of growth.
As Atlassian continues expanding Rovo and opening new APIs, we are ready to take Shoppie even further, building real value that makes work simpler and more connected.
A note from Barcelona
Beyond the announcements, Team ’25 was also a moment for us to come together as a team. Between live sessions, Q&As and evening meetups, we had the chance to reconnect, reflect, and share what drives us: helping teams work smarter. Barcelona gave us a glimpse of the future, one where AI, collaboration, and purpose-driven solutions like Shoppie come together to redefine how service management works.
